Arena’s WCG classes cover popular disciplines within a gym setting, namely weightlifting, cardio & gymnastics, which are all functional based movements.
The above is often performed within a framework of developing a skill and then at high intensity.
At Arena we use the term scaling to create options within workouts to match the ability of the individual in a group setting, this is where our specialized coaches come into play.
Class Structure will typically be as follows:

This class covers the 9 basic movements that are used within WCG classes. It is recommended to attend these classes if you are a beginner and/or new to WCG.
It will give you the opportunity to ask questions around the movements and more attention to details with our coaches.
Being familiar with the terminology in fundamental classes is highly recommend prior to taking your first full on WCG class.
