RETURN POLICY

 

1. Arena Online Store offers returns for products within three (3) working days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. 
2. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances.
3. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.
4. It may take up to one to two weeks based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to five(5) business days for us to  receive and process your returned product.
5. After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned products.
6. Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
   1. • Arena Gear Shop products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.

 

 REFUND POLICY

 

1. I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
   • • In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
2. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
   1. • In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within three (3) working days.
3. I have changed my mind; can I return what I bought?
   • • In case of change of mind, before shipping your order, just call us to cancel and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied to the same credit card/debit card which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 3 days to return, with the below terms and condition applied:
       • • • The return is in accordance with Arena Gear Shop returns policy.
           • The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box).
4. I made a transaction via credit card. How can I receive a refund?
   • • In case if you cancel the order or if it’s cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded back to credit card/debit card automatically which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days.
     • If you cancel the order, products which are shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund within 72 hours. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
     • For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per Arena Gear Shop return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees). Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
