The biggest and most comprehensive “employee well- being program” ever done in Saudi Arabia & neighboring region has begun!

Bupa through Arena’s corporate well-being department joined forces in a program that will reach thousands of employees across the biggest multinationals and national companies in Saudi Arabia.

The program aims to create better employee satisfaction, meaningful & purposeful experiences, improve employee productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, interpersonal relationships, and to mitigate work related injuries, therefore decreasing absenteeism.
